SB Professionals project organises project development workshops!

The draft Cooperation Programme for the South Baltic region indicates “Promoting employment and supporting labour mobility” as one thematic objective for the upcoming funding period 2014-2020. Within the SB Professionals project several analyses, conferences, workshops and pilot actions regarding job promotion and qualification already successfully contributed to this objective. At the same time, it also became apparent that there is still a lot to do to improve the conditions of free movement on the labour market and to reach the goal of increasing the share of skilled labour force. This will only be possible by joint cross-border actions.

Thus we are lucky, that the SB professionals project has been granted some additional funding from the South Baltic Programme for:

  • the enhancement of selected project outputs
  • connecting projects on labour mobility and other labour market related topics for exchange of results and ideas for future cooperation
  • developing new project ideas for the coming funding period in the (South) Baltic Sea Region

The SB Professionals project organises a first project development workshop on
Tuesday, February 24th, 2015 (9:30-16:00) at the European Solidarity Centre building in Gdańsk (Plac Solidarności 1, 80-863 Gdańsk, Conference Room no. 3.11, III floor)
The meeting will be held in English and is free of charge.

For further information and registration, please contact korb@rem-consult.eu!
Another project development workshop will take place on 20-22 April 2015 (probably 1,5 days, starting in the morning of the 21st of April and ending at about lunch time on the 22nd of April) hosted by the NetPort Science Park, Karlshamn, Sweden.

The events will give the opportunity to gather ideas for future projects and to meet & discuss potential partners, project aims and activities.

We look forward to a successfull collaboration in the future!!!
